Who processes the data

This website

myclubx.app uses no cookies, no analytics and loads nothing from other websites. The server keeps technical logs with IP address and requested page, for security, for a limited time.

Club sign-up

When you create your club’s account we collect the club name and the administrator’s name and email address, to activate and run the service (legal basis: performance of a contract). We only write to you about the service.

Data you enter in the software

For athletes’, families’ and staff data entered by a club, the club is the data controller and MyClubX acts as data processor on its behalf (Art. 28 GDPR). Each club’s data is kept separate from the others.

Artificial intelligence

Some features send text or documents to an AI provider for processing. They can be switched on by the club and are listed in the settings. [Provider and place of processing — to be completed]

Retention

Account data is kept while the service is active; on closure it is deleted within [days — to be completed], unless the law requires otherwise. Backups are overwritten on rotation.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing by writing to info@myclubx.app. You can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante).
